Christian Center for the Development of the Disabled
It is a Christian organization that has worked with the Thailand Karen Baptist Convention to help disabled children and youth and underprivileged families in various areas such as rehabilitation therapy, academic skill enhancement services in special education and preparation, promotion of specialized education and vocational skill development, promotion of careers for families of disabled children, promotion of knowledge in communities, schools, radio media, regardless of gender, race, beliefs, and religion since 2001 and has been operating in 4 districts of Mae Hong Son Province with the main objective of developing the potential of disabled children and youth to be able to “live independently”.
CDPD
Working in the field with communities in over 50 villages in 4 districts of Mae Hong Son Province, especially ethnic groups with large populations and living far from the city. In addition, each ethnic group has its own culture, traditions, and different clothing.
